What is the point of a beautiful body.. with emptiness inside?

‘People spend so much time trying to be more physically attractive to find love.. that they forget the importance of being mentally attractive. Educate yourself, face your recurring toxic thoughts, deal with your insecurities and learn to be happy on your own. That’s attractive.’

Your physical beauty, without depth.. without something real behind it.. is just decoration. And for decoration.. I’d choose something else.

What is the point of a beautiful body.. with emptiness inside?

The truth is.. there are many beautiful people who are used to getting things in life through their appearance. And living like that.. they slowly neglect who they are inside.

Some of them neglect it so much.. that what’s inside begins to turn into something bitter. Something heavy. And yes.. sometimes they allow themselves to become an ugly person. Malicious.

And then time passes.. and that external beauty begins to fade. And what was inside.. starts showing on the outside.

You’ve seen it.

People who were once ‘beautiful’.. becoming everything but that.

And still.. they keep trying to embellish the outside while their soul grieves. They remain in the superficial.

I know many beautiful people who are not beautiful at all.

Because being attractive is so much more than having an attractive body.

There are many ‘attractive’ people.. but what does that even mean?

Is it the same as being sexy? No.

Attractiveness is often what you see. Superficial. Sexiness is what you feel. It comes from depth. From presence. From who you are.

But even that.. depends on you. On how you see things. On how deep you allow yourself to go.

And also.. on what you accept.

Because the way you allow people to love you.. to treat you.. says a lot about how you see yourself.

So why am I telling you this?

Because so many people work on their bodies to be accepted. To be liked. To be wanted. Respected.

Many objectify their body in order to be loved!

And yes.. they receive attention. They feel wanted. Desired. Needed.

But that’s not love.

That’s physical attraction. Lust. Excitement.

Love is something else.

And of course.. there is nothing wrong with taking care of your body, your appearance — as long as you’re doing it for the right reasons.

To feel good. To be healthy. You train your body to be resilient, resistant. To move better.

You don’t do it for or because others. You do it for you. Because of you.

Because deep down.. don’t you want to be loved for who you are?

Then start there.

Look within.

Because you will never fully feel loved by someone else if you don’t accept and love yourself — completely. Inside and out.

Get to know yourself. Connect with yourself. Spend time alone. Sit with your thoughts.

Face everything that doesn’t give you peace. The patterns. The insecurities. The things you avoid.

Build your confidence from within.. not from opinions, not from compliments.

Work on your mind. Feed your soul. Own who you are.

That is what makes you truly attractive. Grounded. Real. Irreplaceable.

And yes.. that is sexy.

Working on yourself is not easy in the beginning. It’s uncomfortable. It’s confronting.

And because of that.. many people choose the easier path — they decide to paint the facade, and allow it to rot from the inside. They ignore what’s happening inside.

It seems easier.

But is it?

If it were.. we would see more fulfilled people. More peace. More real connections. More people who feel loved for who they truly are.

But we don’t.

So it’s not only not easy.. it becomes heavy. Painful.. endlessly. Or until they decide to put an end to it.

So if you’re focusing only on your physical beauty.. thinking that’s what will bring you love..

Think again.
