Your body is your home!

How do you feel today?

Protect your peace. Get rid of toxicity. Cleanse your space. Cultivate love.

Do you practice these things?

You should be doing it.

Your body is your home.

Your temple. But don’t wait for spring to do some cleaning, to get rid off things you don’t need. Do feng – shui on daily basis. Wipe all the dust from within, clean all toxicity you have accumulated and let yourself heal. Then seed some positive thoughts.. let them grow. Protect your inner peace and nurture your temple.. always! Love yourself fiercely.

‘You can eat the kale.. Drink the alkaline water.. Take the supplements.. Do the yoga.. Hit the gym.. but if you don’t deal with the stuff going on in your heart and your head, you’re still just as unhealthy.’

Because.. being healthy is so much more than going to the gym and eating healthy whole foods. If you don’t deal with sh.. situations in your life.. you nurture negative emotions within yourself that reflects on your health! It’s like planting the seed of negativity, so don’t expect to grow something positive.. Suppressing how you feel is self destructive.

‘The things you hide in your heart, eats you alive.’

Literally. This is also so important for your inner peace. For your health.

Just say how you feel. No matter how stupid, difficult it may sound.. find the way to express yourself, always! 

No ifs.. no buts, no maybes, just do it. 

If you decide to left things(feelings, thoughts) unsaid.. you will just accumulate everything and it’s going to feel like a burden after sometime.. and you will drag it around on your back.. Also this way you’re creating a habit and you will start to behave the same way in a very different situations.

Should I need to mention that it can reflect on your health and your well-being?

You like someone? Tell them.
Somebody make you feel uncomfortable? Tell them. 
You feel unhappy? Speak about that with people who care.
You need to take a break? Say that..

And so on.. whatever you are going through.. just face it and say it.

‘For your mental and physical health, if you cannot improve an environment, you should leave it and save yourself.’

So.. again: 
Choose your peace over everything. You, your health should be your number one priority.
