The truth is, not everyone who is single is lonely and not everyone who is taken is in love.
The sad truth also is that so many people are in love and not together and so many people are together and not in love! How ridiculous, allow me to say.
Way too many people who are in relationships or surrounded with many people yet they feel lonely..
You have to learn that being alone has nothing to do with loneliness. You can be both, alone and happy, and alone and lonely. It depends on you.
On the other hand there are those who are single by choice and they never feel lonely because they enjoy their own company.. they know what they can give and they never lower their standards for sake of being in relationships. They never settle for half ass love!
That’s what self love and self respect are.
One needs to learn to be happy alone in order to know how to be happy in relationship. There’s no other way darling.. but what people do.. they look for their happiness in others and that way they create dependence instead of love..
Love is when you live for someone, not when you live with someone!
Date or marry your best friend with whom you have the strongest and deepest connection.
Someone you can laugh with. The one who supports your dreams and who is there for you when life hits you hard. Wait for someone who pay attention of all details that matter to you and your wellbeing.
Someone who supports you emotionally and who holds your heart gently in their arms. Someone who treats you with respect and you can trust to.. to share and speak about everything that runs through your mind, heart.
Literally.everything.
Silly, smart, follish things. Nonsense that make sense to you. Grow together building your relationship. Create your fairytale. Your kingdom.
Be with the one who makes you feel protected and safe. Someone you won’t doubt and who won’t let you doubt for a second. Someone who will show you their love in million different ways, in ways that make you flourish.
Because people who are loved in right way for right reasons shine differently, they become the best version of themselves.
But.. first and foremost be that person you wish to have in your life.. because darling, you deserve the love you give. Don’t ask for things you don’t give.. because that’s not love, but selfishness.
