The cowards are the ones who say ‘I love you’ but never intend to stay

‘The cowards are the ones who say ‘I love you’ but never intend to stay. The cowards are the ones who tell you that you’re beautiful and worth it.. while treating you like shit. The cowards claim to miss you.. but never show up. Stay away from cowards.’

Many people, out of fear of being alone, enter relationships.. settling for crumbs of love. They stay with cowards, manipulators, or people who don’t treat them well.. and then they say: ‘true love doesn’t exist’.. really? Doesn’t it sound absurd to hide behind that phrase? Think about it. It’s no wonder it’s so hard to find genuine people with integrity.

And.. if you haven’t been lucky enough to meet the right person quickly.. you’ll kiss a few frogs before you meet your prince or princess.

That’s okay. Don’t despair.. don’t compare yourself to others. Instead, learn what love is through the relationships that were not love. I always repeat this because it’s very important: we learn a lot about love by going through relationships that were not love.

Unfortunately.. many people don’t reflect on this and therefore don’t learn the lesson. They prefer to believe they are unlucky in love.. or that everyone is the same, because they keep choosing similar partners. In the end, they give up.. thinking true love doesn’t exist or that they simply weren’t lucky enough to find it.

Honey.. even if you don’t find the love of your life.. it’s much better to be alone, fulfilled, and at peace than to be in relationships with cowards.. where you are not treated well.

And listen.. if your partners are always similar, it doesn’t mean we are all the same or that love doesn’t exist.. it simply means you haven’t learned your lesson.

That’s why you keep choosing the same or similar relationships.

Relationships where you feel a sense of familiarity.. because you already know how to handle those situations. And it will continue like this until you learn your lesson — and apply it.

Until then.. life will keep bringing you similar people.. as lessons. But you decide what to do with them.

The lesson should have been: what you don’t want.. and what is not love.

That’s why you need to learn what love is. And everything starts with self-love.

When you learn to love yourself.. you will learn many things — including how to recognize what a healthy and loving relationship looks like.

Then.. pay attention to energy and actions, not words.

Because people lie. But their actions don’t. Their energy doesn’t.

Pay attention to how someone treats you.. and don’t try to paint a different picture when they show you who they really are and how they truly feel about you. Believe them.

It is far more important how someone treats you.. than how much you think you love that person. Love yourself.

How someone treats you also reflects how they feel about themselves. It is not your job to change them. Your job is to speak up and say what you don’t accept.

So always ask yourself: how do you feel? Fulfilled.. calm.. or exhausted and restless?

Then communicate everything with your partner.

Because.. love should heal you, not hurt you. Love is not a form.. love is an essence.

Love is.. to live for someone. Let that someone be you.

Love is not to live with someone. Learn the difference.

Stay away from cowards.. and don’t be one.

This isn’t the only text. But today, it might be enough.
