‘There is a voice inside of you that whispers all day long, ‘I feel that this is right for me, I know that this is wrong’. No teacher, preacher, parent, friend or wise man can decide what’s right for you — just listen to the voice that speaks inside.’
Listen to your inner voice.
Not the voice that comes from the mind, but the voice of the observer.. so you must learn to distinguish between these voices.
The voice of the observer that comes from within.. that’s your true self. And you will recognize it because it is voiceless.
You’re not your thoughts, but the one who observes them.
Quiet your mind and all the noise.
Listen to the feelings your body gives you.
Feelings are a reflection of your thoughts.. so observe them.
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent and powerful machines that, among other things, protect us.
That’s why you have to be in tune with yourself and pay attention to the signs your body gives you.
We are all energy.
Like Nikola Tesla said:
‘If you want to understand the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.’
Therefore, your body easily recognizes when a certain energy pleases it or not.
It will give you signals.
For example, when you get goosebumps.. isn’t that a signal telling you that there is something that resonates with your soul, something that truly touches your heart?
Or when you get chills on the back of your head or neck.. your body is telling you that something is not right. Something feels off and your body is trying to warn you.
Your body communicates with you without words!
And energy does not lie!
First come the situations, people and challenges that life puts in front of you. Then your body reacts. First through energy. Then through the way your gut, heart and soul feel it. And finally through the way your mind interprets it. They all communicate with each other, giving you signals in the form of thoughts and feelings.
So tell me.. how powerful is that?
Now, who you are going to listen to and what you are going to do with those signals.. that’s another story.
The more you are in tune with yourself, the more you will learn to listen to your body and your intuition instead of voices from outside or from your mind.
Life is our teacher and we are all just students, learning from the situations that life gives us.
Listen to your gut feeling.
It doesn’t lie.
It’s like a signal you should pay attention to.
Because if your gut tells you that something smells fishy, then it’s definitely not flowers.
The mind, maybe, will try to convince you otherwise..
Likewise, if something makes your heart jump with joy, or you feel butterflies in your stomach, your body speaks for a reason.
Follow that feeling.. Trust your gut. Trust yourself. Your gut feeling works for you, not against you. So don’t ignore the signals.
Observe them.
And like Nikola Tesla spoke about energy, frequency and vibration, Eckhart Tolle speaks about awareness and the observer.
‘When you recognize that there is a voice in your head that pretends to be you and never stops speaking, you are awakening out of your unconscious identification with the stream of thinking. When you notice that voice, you realize that who you are is not the voice — the thinker — but the one who is aware of it.’
Because, as I said before.. you are not your thoughts.
You are the one who observes them.
This isn’t the only text. But today, it might be enough.
