‘It is possible to choose peace over everything. It is not only possible but necessary. You have to train your mind, and awareness helps.’

You can choose peace over drama. You can choose peace over worry. You can choose peace instead of wanting to be right.

You can and you should. Because your peace, inner peace is the way to good health and harmony.

When you understand that your peace is a prerequisite for good health, choose the decisions that will lead you in that direction, just don’t reject or ignore this information. Because having information and not doing anything about it, will make you feel even worse.

Then.. awareness is important. You have to be aware that ‘worrying’ is also a decision.

Practice being aware of your decisions and consciously changing them. Step by step. Nothing changes overnight, especially when it comes to forming new habits. What can happen immediately is your decision to change everything you think is necessary. And that then, the action follows that decision, and that you stick to it.

You have to understand that the decisions you make should come from a place of heart, love, not fear, ego.

The desire to be right is the ego, being worried is a reflection of fear, creating drama is only a consequence of something much deeper inside.

Why is easier to worry than not to worry?

Is being worried will help you to find a solution? Being at peace will.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that worry is a reflection of love. As I said, it is not a reflection of love but of fear.

Why is it easier to worry than to be at peace? Both are decisions.

Don’t mix worry and taking care of someone/something.

Worry never solved any problem, but only added to it and made the problem even bigger, while taking care of someone is a reflection of love!

For example, when you don’t feel well.. do you want to receive love, attention from others or to feel their fear for you?

Then you can think.. how can I choose peace and not worry if someone I love is sick? Okay, I’ll explain more so you don’t take it superficially. To feel worry, it’s human.. but be aware of it, instead of letting fear take you further. Because, I’ll repeat the same thing, does worry help you? And them? Will it help you find a solution? Peace yes. Peace comes with accepting the situation as it is. You can’t change life situations, but you can change what you will do next.

People who don’t feel well, need our love, need to be encouraged and feel pampered instead of feeling other people’s fears in addition to their own fear. It will only make them feel worse.

This should help you, always ask yourself: Does this decision help me and in what way? Does this decision give me peace?
