Monday is such a wonderful day that many people don’t like. Why would the day itself be bad and so hated as monday? No, the day itself cannot be bad.. but you see it as such. How is it possible.. because Monday is just a day like any other.

And I must tell you.. a hugeeeee secret, it’s not that you don’t like Mondays it’s about the things you do on Mondays you truly don’t like. I know.. mind blowing.

Thus, instead of wanting to cancel Mondays or wishing for Friday to come after Monday.. or wanting to change Monday.. change things you do on Mondays you don’t like.

And.. no, I’m not saying quit your job after reading this.. no! I just want to make you think and to do something about those things you don’t like. Start with being aware of them, first of all. then.. the rest is up to you.

Just stop hating Mondays. Poor Monday.

I love Monday like any other day. I’m grateful for every day, for every possibility that is given to me and to all of us, to start afresh.

No, Monday will not change just because you hate it, nor will it disappear just because you want it to, nor will you hurt it by swearing at it.. the only one who is hurt is you, because you live with those negative emotions. The only one that suffers is you.

You’re hurting yourself.

And not because you don’t like Mondays.. but because of what lies behind it.

So if you use the hashtag #tgif and #MondayMood.. instead of continuing to use them, ask yourself why it is so..?

We all love when weekend or any day to rest comes, but if you can’t wait for Friday or can’t stand Monday.. ask yourself why? Are you tired or do you not enjoy what you are doing?

Maybe you love what you do but you need a break, and maybe you don’t like what you do and need a change.. maybe this, maybe that.. no one knows better than you.

Whatever your answer is, use the weekend to rest and digest.. and think.

More love for Monday please. More love for you. For what you do. We need more love and more satisfied people.

So.. Stop waiting for external factors to affect your mood.
Stop putting expectations on something or someone to make you happy.

Don’t wait for Mondays, new years to make resolutions that will make your life better.

Everything you look for is within you.

Decide. And act upon those decisions you make. Every change starts with a decision. However, a simple decision is not enough. A simple decision without putting it into action makes no sense.

Change whatever you think that you should change to be a better person, to live more happily and more peacefully.

Change whatever is in your power to change. And accept whatever is not in your power to change.

You can’t change life, but you can change yourself and that’s how your life will change.
