Hello you beautiful soul! 💙🙏🏻
When I was browsing the web I saw this quote: “Some people are ready for a wedding, not a marriage. Some people are ready for a baby, not being a parent.”
And I was like.. woooow.. Truer words were never spoken!
How is it possible?
So many people mistake love for lust, commitment for attachment, being responsible for having an obligation, kindness for flirting.
We live in a very messy world.
No wonder there are so many unhappy relationships, people.. people are lost between their hearts and what others tell them what they should be doing.
I can’t stress enough the importance of understanding and defining things in life, calling them by their name. And living accordingly.
The fact is that: love does not equal sex. Marriage doesn’t equal love. Having a baby doesn’t equal being a parent.
The truth is that you should not follow any rules or beliefs blindly.
Instead.. spend some time alone. Learn how to love yourself. Think about.. what kind of relationship you would like to have. What do you give, and what would you like to receive?
And accept nothing less.
That’s the beauty of waiting for the one.. the right for you one. What is the point to be with every person we meet, jumping from relationship to relationship?
And, so many people live like this.. ending up in unhappy relationships, marriages, having babies without wanting or being “ready” for any of these.
So..
Never lower your standards just because you feel lonely.
Depending on when you’re reading this, I wish you either a beautiful day or a good night, you beautiful soul!
Love and namaste,
Irina 🦄💙
