We live in a world.. Do you like the World we live in?

We live in a world where people feel under the pressure (especially women) to look perfect. Physically perfect. From the outside. For example, women who starve themselves to be perfect – in model industry it means to be skinny, and if you have curves they will call you fat. Confection number 0 is perfect.

We live in a world where couples are in love, but very often only on Facebook.

If it is not officially posted on Facebook, it means you are not in love. We spend so much time on social media, instead of looking into our partner’s eyes. And as a result intimacy and communication are lost and that is the base of any relationship.

We live in a world where it is “forbidden” to think using your own mind, because you will be proclaimed crazy.

So, what people do then? The easiest thing possible, they adjust to the system and they think like others. And others think like others. Wait a minute.. who are “those others”? All kind of media, TV, radio, newspapers..

Who hides behind the media? Hmm? Have you thought about it?

You’ve been lied to, that is the only thing I can say to you. So, it’s your choice if you keep thinking that the right way to live YOUR PRECIOUS LIFE, is in the way what those “others” say how you should live it.

We live in a world where we want to impress others and everybody around us, instead of looking within ourselves. Therefore, we become slaves of other people’s opinions, instead of nourishing our souls. We have forgotten to love ourselves, because we are focused on pleasing others. It is quite exhausting. Take a deep breath, you know why? That’s ok, I will tell you. You can’t satisfy everybody, neither should you.

We live in a world full of wars, terrorist attacks, again for the interests of rich people, yet innocent people are dying. Hate speech is allowed, and speaking about love is something we should be afraid of. We live in a world where Governments steal from their own countries and from their people for their personal interest, to get richer, while people are getting poorer and poorer. Yet you are obligated to vote? Who will you vote for? It is ironic, isn’t it?

We live in a world where we communicate via WhatsApp, viber, messenger etc. and we can easily misunderstand each other, just by using a single smiley, or not using it! No smiley, no emotions. Funny or sad actually? It’s so easy to start the “fight” with your loved ones..

And then people use similes without smiling for real, they say I love you without feeling it for real..

We have forgotten to call people to hear their voices, or to ask them to go out for a “cup of talk”. Between what I think and what I want to say and what I believe that I want to say.. What I say and what you want me to say. What you hear and what you think that you have understood, and how you want to interpret it, and what you understand, there are 9 possibilities that we won’t understand each other. Help me, I got lost in this sentence and I already have a headache. 🙂

We live in the world where you need to pay for your health. How sad is this?

We live in a world where people are starving, and on the other side, we have people driving the cars at the value of.. like – they could feed one town/village.

We live in a world where talents and raw intelligence are underestimated and with no scholarship for further progress, even with the desire to learn. On the other side, in the media we watch people with no talent, no school, no education, but with plastic boobs, asses, and waxed muscular men, promoting nothing but superficial values..

These people represent the established standards of how to behave, “teaching you” how to look, what to have, what to wear.. In my country we have a saying: “Be aware of a woman with moustache and a beardless man.” It sounds like a quote that makes no sense, but..

We live in a world where we allow our children to have mobiles, computers at age 7. What do we expect from them, if we teach them that it is the right way to live? Instead of having their childhood with lots of imagination and lots of careless kids games in nature, we put them in their rooms with screens in front of their faces.

We live in a world, where people value you by what you have, and not by who you are.

It is toooo difficult to find true friends, true love. It’s hard to find someone you can talk to, normally about life, you know like, experiences, to share your things, thoughts.. without an intention for something more, like having a hidden agenda.. and that it doesn’t have to lead to sex. You know what I mean right? :))) It’s sooo exhausting.. It is all about interest in this world. And what is your interest? What is your intention?

We live in a world.. For cookies sake, the list goes on, please God, we desperately need Noah again.

Is this the world you want? Is this the world you would like to live in?

Irina

So, let me introduce myself. My name is Irina Vujaklija and I was born in Belgrade on 31 January 1979. Who am I? Love. I know, you will roll your eyes.. But that is how it is. Discovering my true self wasn’t an easy process. Constantly working on myself, learning by seeking answers to many questions, I have managed to overcome very complicated life situations. Among other things, my severe motorcycle accident in 2004. A life altering moment in just one second.
